Abstract
SPECIFIC T and B lymphocytes can be killed by radioactive antigen indicating that both B and T cells must have antigen specific receptors1, 2. Thus, the labelled cells observed by autoradiography after incubation of lymphocytes with radioactive antigen of high specific activity (reviewed in ref. 3) should represent a mixture of specific T and B cells.
