Defective Gene Product in dnaF Mutant of Escherichia coli

Abstract

The dnaF mutant of Escherichia coli has been shown to contain very low ribonucleoside diphosphate reductase activity. The B1 sub unit of the reductase is heat-sensitive in the mutant.
