Abstract
FAST axonal transport of proteinaceous material has been demonstrated in the cerebro-visceral connective of Anodonta cygnea L. (Mollusca, Eulamellibranchia) following injection of radioactive amino-acids into the cerebral ganglion1. Here we present preliminary electron microscopic studies of the connective.
