All ALT-positive DIPG patients were found in the H3-K27M subgroup. By WGS, these patients had significantly longer telomeres; (a) 2.28 times longer than their matched normal vs. non-ALT DIPG patients who had telomeres that were 1.47 times shorter than their matched normal (P < 0.0001).
