Endogenous gene expression in the face of E11.5 embryos homozygous for expression showing the strongest LacZ expression is not different from wild-type control. Expression was determined by qRT-PCR (three biological replicates). Expression levels were normalized to Gusb levels between samples and, for each gene, represent with wild-type levels equal to 1.
