Black triangles indicate the ethnicity of patients in the RAPPER study. Blue, green and red circles represent HapMap samples of European, Asian and African descent, respectively. Blue circles are nearly obscured by the black triangles. The majority of RAPPER subjects cluster with HapMap Europeans and largely obscure the blue circles. Twenty-two prostate cancer patients with non-Caucasian ancestry were excluded (see Barnet et al.¹⁶).
