(b) Cytokines with highly elevated levels in NLRC4-MAS patient samples but not in samples from NOMID patients or healthy controls. Data for pediatric and family controls are combined. *P < 0.01, **P < 0.001, ***P < 0.0001 for an unpaired two-tailed Student’s t test of all NOMID versus all NLRC4-MAS samples for a given cytokine. “Pre” and “post” represent samples taken before and after the initiation of IL-1 receptor antagonist (anakinra) therapy.
