(a) For mutSα proteins MSH2 and MSH6. (b) For MutLa proteins PMS2 and MLH1. The lymphoblasts used were LoVo as a negative control, MMR10 and MMR8 lymphoblasts from patients with bMMRD, HeLa cells and normal lymphoblasts as a positive control. Each lane was separated by 8% Tris-glycine SDS-PAGE. Protein blotting was simultaneously carried out for mismatch repair proteins and actin.
