The bottom panel shows the effect of conditioning on the top FOXC1 SNP from this study (rs2745572). The OR and P value for the top SNP rs2745572 is OR = 1.254, 95% CI = (1.164, 1.351), P = 2.36 x 10−9 before conditioning and OR = 1.252, 95% CI = (1.159, 1.352), P = 1.03 x 10−8 after conditioning on rs11969985.
