Purified MPP (CD135^+/-CD127^-), LMPP (CD135^hiCD127^-), CLP CD24⁺ (CD127⁺CD24⁺) and CD24^lo (CD127⁺CD24^lo) from E13 FL (black bars), circulating E13 FB progenitors (white bars) and DN1aCD135^hi (grey bar) were analyzed in Q-RT-PCR.
