Absolute numbers of Ly6ChiMHCII (a), Ly6C+MHCII+ (b) and Ly6C (c) subsets amongst F4/80+ CD11b+ cells per colon of CX3CR1+/gfp reporter mice that had received an antibiotic cocktail of ampicillin, neomycin, metrodinazole and vancomycin for two weeks (ABX) compared with control mice, which received sweetened water.
