(b) IL-13 secretion measured in mice as per a. Data show Ag and α-CD3 responses normalized to the amount of IL-13 secreted in medium for individual mice. *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01 and ***P < 0.001 compared to IgG2a groups (analysis of variance with Tukey’s test).
