Gene expression of a single CLP in WT and DD was analysed by 48.48 dynamic arrays on a BioMark system using 218-219 cells for each genotype. Clustering analysis of total CLPs (a) and EBF1+ CLPs (b) population in WT and DD CLPs were carried out using myeloid-related genes.
