Naïve CD4 T cells were sorted from wild-type (WT) CD90.1⁺ CD90.2⁺ DO11.10 mice or Il1rl1^−/− CD90.1^–CD90.2⁺ DO11.10 mice and cultured under T_H2 conditions for three rounds. (a) In vitro cultured WT T_H2 cells and Il1rl1^−/− T_H2 cells were stimulated with PMA plus ionomycin for 4h. Cytokine production was examined by intracellular staining. (b) IL-33R expression on the WT and Il1rl1^−/− T_H2 cells was examined. Data are representative of two experiments with 2-3 mice in each group.
