After gating on intact cells and excluding doublets, mast cell purity was determined as a percentage of all intact cells after each round of sorting. mast cells were identified as CD45+CD11c‒CD11b‒CD4‒CD8‒ CD19 ‒ FcεR1α+CD117+. Arrows indicate sequential gates used. Numbers in each panel indicate the percentage of gated cells from the parental gate.
