Il6raflox/flox control mice and Treg sufficient or deficient (anti-CD25 treated) Il6raΔT animals were immunized with MOG(35-55) in CFA. After priming of antigen specific T cells in vivo, the cytokine response was assessed in CD4+ T cells isolated from the spleen on day 10 after immunization after short term ex vivo restimulation with PMA/ionomycin and intracellular cytokine staining.
