(a) Naive CD4⁺ T cells from WT mice were stimulated under T_H0 and iT_reg conditions and harvested at 10 and 48 hours. Relative mRNA expression levels of indicated genes were shown by q-PCR; (b) Naive CD4⁺ T cells from WT mice were stimulated under T_H0, T_H1, T_H2, T_H17, iT_reg conditions and harvested at 10 and 48 hours. MSC and Foxp3 protein expression under indicated conditions were determined by immunoblotting; (c) MSC and Foxp3 protein expression in in vivo isolated iT_reg cells (CD4⁺Foxp3⁺Nrp1^–) and tT_reg cells (CD4⁺Foxp3⁺Nrp1⁺) from spleen were determined by immunoblotting.
