(a) Total splenocytes from WT and Mir31-/- mice on day 30 following infection with LCMV clone 13 were treated with Brefeldin A +/- PMA/ionomycin for 5 hours. IL-2 expression by CD4+ and CD8+ T cells was assessed by intracellular staining (n≥4 mice per group).
