FAP expressing cells were mixed with wild type HEK cells and then incubated with 400 nM of MG-2I (Each condition was repeated at least 4 times). Images were taken at the same conditions as for illumination (c560 of KillerRed was taken at 30% laser power to avoid saturation, 100% laser power used for illumination). Illumination conditions are denoted on the images in the ‘after illumination’ column, cell viability was determined with Live/Dead cell fluorescent assay 3 hour post illumination.
