The GFP and mCherry loci were sequenced. Enrichment of mutations at each base position is shown. b) For sgGFP.3 and sgGFP.10 paired with either AIDΔ or AID*Δ, sequences were filtered for those containing a mutation, and the average number of mutations per sequence was calculated.
