H–PDGS is expressed in wild–type and in L–PGDS–/– in similar amounts. Sections were also stained for neurofilament (fluorescein) and nuclei (DAPI). Lack of signal in H–PGDS–/– confirmed antibody specificity. N = 3 independent experiments.
