CRE-DOGOPT had greater activity and lower background than CRE-DOGOG. < * indicates CRE-DOGOPT has significantly greater activity than CRE-DOGOG. n=12 per condition. Samples from 4 independent transfection assayed in triplicates. * indicates p<0.05 (0.04). ** indicates p<0.0001 (4.6x10-8). Two-tailed Student’s t test assuming unequal variance. Cells were harvested 1 day post-transfection. In box plots, boxes show 25th to 75th percentile, line in box shows median, whiskers show minimum to maximum range.
