Confocal tile scan of the rostral forebrain in a sagittal section from a mouse injected with AAV2-Gi at P0 and analyzed at P70 (P0-Gi; blue, DAPI). EGFP expression (green) was robust in OB neurons, but also found in various other forebrain regions (e.g., anterior olfactory nuclei, AON; accessory olfactory bulb, AOB) as expected from targeting of neonatal progenitors.
