Supplementary Figure 8: Summary of the impact of VT3^Lbx1 or SOM^Lbx1 neuron ablation on Aβ inputs to I–II_o neurons, induced by nerve injury (SNI)

SNI opened Aβ inputs to I-II_o neurons in wild type control littermates (in comparison with “naïve” control mice without SNI). Note the selective loss of nerve injury-induced slow polysynaptic Aβ inputs to I-II_o neurons in VT3^Lbx1-ablated mice (“VT3^Lbx1 Abl”) following SNI, and loss of both fast and slow inputs in SOM^Lbx1-ablated mice (“SOM^Lbx1 Abl”) in comparison with control littermates with SNI.
