  1. BDI-II scores have a range of 0–63, with scores 14 being indicative of at least mild depression. Visual analog scales (VAS) for mood have a range of 0–10 (“Terrible” to “Terrific”). Visual analog scales for “Drug” effect have a range of 0–10 (‘Cold Turkey’ to ‘High’). Visual analog scales for ‘Craving’ effect have a range of 0–10 (‘None’ to ‘Extremely Intense’). For all VAS scales, we selected the +120 min timepoint as representative of the estimated time of peak blood levels after oral administration of Opra (10 mg p.o.), based on previously published results (Lowe et al, 2014).
