The following protein species seen in the gels are indicated by colored arrows; unmodified VcINDY (red arrow), dimeric VcINDY (orange arrow), singly PEGylated VcINDY (blue arrow), and doubly PEGylated VcINDY (magenta arrow). This experiment was repeated twice with the same outcome.
