Wnt luciferase reporter activity in HEK293T cells co-expressing Axin-L106R with increasing doses of Axin-wt protein. Axin-L106R induces basal β-catenin mediated transcription. Co-expression of increasing amounts of Axin-wt protein levels suppresses Axin-L106R induced β-catenin mediated transcription.
