HeLa cells (a) or E6-transfected U2OS cells (b) were harvested for IP with anti-18E6, anti-CARM1, anti-PRMT1, anti-SET7 or IgG, followed by western blotting using Ab against the indicated proteins. The asterisk indicates the immunoprecipitated HMTs in panel a. The input control represents 5% (a) or 10% (b) volume of cell lysates used for IP.
