  2. Tumor traits were compared with the Mann–Whitney U-test, and the temporal stages of the disease were evaluated using the Kaplan–Meier estimator and the Log-Rank test. The incidence and multiplicity of tumors and metastases were compared with Fisher's exact test. The numbers of mice used in the experiments are shown in the respective figures along the manuscript. The n values shown in the local growth rate represent all tumors analyzed.
