PAT4 and mTOR are located on the Golgi in HCT116 cells. (a) Endogenous PAT4 (green) is expressed in compartments that include the trans-Golgi network (TGN46; red) in HCT116 cells. (b) Although most mTOR (green) is located on LAMP2-positive late endosomes and lysosomes (blue) in HCT116 cells, some mTOR staining also overlaps with the trans-Golgi network (red; indicated by arrows in merged images). DAPI (4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole) marks the nucleus in (a) (blue) and (b) (white). Scale bars are 5 μm.
