Let-7c/miR-99a/miR-125b suppressed tumorigenicity of CCA cells in vivo. let-7c, miR-99a and miR-125b reduced (a, b) tumor volume (mean±s.e.m., one-way analysis of variance) and (c) tumor weight in nude mice (mean±s.d., one-way analysis of variance, five mice per group). (d) In tumors overexpressing the miRNAs, IL-6, IL-6R and IGF1R as well as the phosphorylation of STAT3 were suppressed. Glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) and β-actin served as loading controls, and densitometric ratios of objective protein/GAPDH were recorded. *P<0.05.
