From: CBP/p300 acetyltransferases regulate the expression of NKG2D ligands on tumor cells
CBP/p300-dependent NKG2D-L induction by HDACi was observed in a panel of tumor cell lines from different origins. Indicated cell lines originating from (a) hematological tumors and (b) solid tumors were incubated with 50 μM ANAC, 8 μM C646, or 10 μM CBP-CREB interaction inhibitor (KIXi) and treated with 100 nM LBH589 for 16 h followed by flow cytometric analysis using the indicated NKG2DL-specific antibodies.
