Downregulation of IFN-γ-producing cells in DLN of CCR7-B16 tumors. The numbers of cells producing IFN-γ in response to tumor cell stimulation in popliteal DLN were counted by ELISPOT assay on day 5, 11 and 21 after footpad inoculation; non-draining contralateral popliteal LNs (NDLNs) were used as control.
