Knockdown of PTBP1 expression inhibits breast cancer cell growth. Cell growth curves of subline cells derived from MCF-7, MDA-MB231 and T47D in the presence and absence of DOXY. The growth curves of MCF-7 and MDA-MB231 sublines were determined by MTT assay and the growth curves of T47D sublines were determined by cell counting.
