FTY720 treatment reverses HFD-induced loss of estrogen and progesterone receptors in PyMT transgenic mice. Female PyMT transgenic mice were fed with a normal diet (ND) or a Western HFD, and were treated daily with saline or FTY720 (1 mg/kg) by gavage starting after weaning (n=5 each), as indicated.
