Knockdown of SPINK1 reduces PI3K/AKT and MEK/ERK signaling. (a) AKT and ERK phosphorylation was determined by western blotting using shSPINK1-1, shSPINK1-2, shSPINK1-3 and shSCRM WiDr cells.
