(a) A heat map showing the miRNA expression profiles and supervised hierarchical clustering analysis for paclitaxel-sensitive (HeLa and CaSki) and -resistant (HeLa/PR and CaSki/PR) CC cell lines. Significantly differentially expressed miRNAs matched the threshold (differential ⩾2-fold, chip signal value >500) and statistical analysis standard were selected (P<0.05). Each column represents a cell line and each row shows the relative expression level for individual miRNAs. The red and green colors indicate high of low expression, respectively.
