Depletion of OLFM4 induces NF-κB activation and IL-8 expression in gastric cancer. (a) HGC-27 and AGS cells were transfected as indicated. Forty-eight hours later, nuclear and cytoplasmic proteins were extracted and subjected to western blot analysis. (b) The effect of OLFM4 siRNA on IL-8 mRNA levels in HGC-27 and AGS cells were detected by real-time PCR.
