(d) Evaluation of the potential off-target effect of JQ1 and VS-6063 combination in primary human fibroblasts. The functional evaluation of inhibitors was conducted with OVC-433 cells over a period of 72 h in the presence of 10% fetal bovine serum. The cell viability was measured by the MTT assay.
