Pharmacological inhibition of MLKs reduces FRA-1 protein expression in TNBC lines. (a) SUM-159 cells and (b) 4T1 cells were treated with vehicle, 400 nm CEP-1347 or 400 nm URMC-099 for 24 h. Cellular lysates were subjected to immunoblotting with indicated antibodies.
