FRA-1 and MMP-1a are upregulated in 4T1-derived circulating tumor cells. The mRNAs isolated from parental 4T1 cells and from circulating tumor cell lines, 4T1-CTC#1 and 4T1-CTC#2, treated with vehicle or 400 nm CEP-1347 for 24 h were subjected to qRT–PCR analysis using FRA-1- and MMP-1a-specific primers.
