  1. Six different Ebf1+/–Bcl-xLTgprimary tumor cell isolates were intravenously injected into sublethally irradiated Rag1-deficient recipient mice. Tumors were serially transferred through 4–9 hosts depending on the isolate. Numbers represent animals killed due to disease development with respect to the total number of recipients in the cohort (for example, 4/4=4 mice developed clinical disease out of 4 mice injected).
