Abstract
SINCE 1967, experiments have been carried out over two intercontinental baselines, Island Lagoon, near Woomera, to Goldstone, California, and Island Lagoon to Johannesburg. The purpose of these experiments has been to measure the secular variations on a 0.001 arc s scale of a number of compact sources.
