Neonatal Outcomes in Severely Acidemic Infants: A Review of 12,800 Deliveries. 1063

Objective: The purpose of this study is to describe neonatal outcomes in infants with severe fetal acidosis at birth.

Study Design: In this retrospective analysis of 12,800 deliveries, we identified 72 patients who delivered infants with an umbilical arterial cord pH<7.0. Maternal and neonatal charts were reviewed.
