Objectives: To compare, using near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS), the effects on cerebral blood volume variation (ΔCBV) of blood W and I via UVC, before and after the administration of the first dose of IBU (10 mg/kg i.v.) within the first 24 hours (h) of life for the prophylactic closure of PDA.
