Scale bars, 2.5 μm. b, d Quantitative analysis of foci formed in response to E2F1 knockdown. The numbers of foci in each condition were quantified. The scatter plots illustrate the number of RAD51 and RPA foci per individual cell (mean ± SD), and a minimum of 30 nuclei were counted for each experiment.
