a–g Western blot assay was used to detect the expression of RGS2, LRRK2, pLRRK2, NLRC4, pNLRC4, pro- IL-1β, IL-1β, Pro-caspase-1, caspase-1, Pro-IL-18, and IL-18, h, i ELISA for IL-1β and IL-18 in perihematomal area in ICH, Sham, ICH + shRGS2, ICH + Lentil-RGS2, negative control lentiviral (ICH + NC), ICH + shRGS2 + GNE7915 and ICH + shRGS2 + Vehicle groups at 72 h after ICH (six rats for each group).
