After ICH-IVH, NLRP3 was activated in the choroid plexus by TLR2. Next, NLRP3-mediated LD formation, and LDs combined with mitochondria to influence their function and mitochondrial ROS production. Mitochondrial ROS destroyed the B-CSFB through MMP9.
