a Experiments started when mice were 5 weeks old. Resveratrol or water was administered daily though oral gauge from 8 weeks. During the experiments, at four time points, behavioral and biochemical analyses were performed. Animals were killed after the last point at the age of 30 weeks, and molecular analyses of samples were performed. b WT or MPS IIIB fibroblast cells were isolated from mice to perform inhibition of autophagy and silencing of genes.
