Py-GC/MS chromatograms obtained a with and b without derivatization of sample S1 from house post 16/568, i.e. coating over unpainted wood section at the base of the pole. Materials identified in both chromatograms include drying oil, camphor, triphenyl phosphate, PVAcet, styrene, Pinaceae resin, carbohydrates, phthalic anhydride, and phthalates. Marker compounds in chromatogram a were detected as methylated derivatives
